In the story arc ‘Emperor Joker’, Mister Mxyzptlk wonders what would happen if he gave a non-superpowered person 1% of his power. Mister Mxyzptlk chooses Joker for the experiment, but Joker ends up tricking Mister Mxyzptlk into giving him 99% of his power instead, and the Clown Prince of Crime begins using these powers to wreak havoc across the DC Universe.
