10 Strangest Batman Crossovers Ever

5. Batman And Xenomorphs - Batman/Aliens

Batman Elmer Fudd Looney Tunes Crossover
DC/Dark Horse Comics

Going up against the Predator wasn't enough for Bats he also had to go up against not one, not two, but three Xenomorphs. While Batman is no stranger to aliens by now, after both fighting and teaming up with a few, the Xenomorphs brought a whole new threat to the Caped Crusader.

In the Batman/Aliens series (a crossover between the Batman and Aliens comic book franchises released in 1997), The Bat comes across a crashed alien ship only to find three Xenomorphs inside. After killing two of them Batman manages to drop the final alien into a lava pit and blows up the ship, destroying all evidence of the Xenomorph's existence.

This comic also changes the iconic story of how Thomas and Martha Wayne were killed. Instead of being mugged, Batman remembers (in a dream) that Thomas was killed by a facehugger and Martha was the unfortunate victim of an alien burst from her chest.

The Xenomorph returns in Batman/Aliens II sequel in 2003 after a man found an alien and had taken it to his lab, allowing him to become its host. The crazy human/alien scientist tries to make aliens from the Joker, Two-Face, Poison Ivy and Scarecrow's DNA.

Just another average day for The Bats eh?
