10 Strangest Justice League Villains Of All Time

9. SuperMan

Justice League vs Funky Flashman
DC Comics

So, bear with us on this one. Harvey Dent - as in, not the Harvey Dent that is Two-Face, but a different universe's that looks nothing like him - is, in said universe, a villain known as SuperMan - but, no, not Superman as we know him, as this one is a powerful psychic who wears a Jedi-style robe.

The decision to use these names has two explanations, ranging between weird, and weird and immoral. Either the people designing the character felt that familiar names would make readers warm to the character, which doesn't quite make sense, or otherwise they thought they could sell a couple extra issues through innocent family members trying to buy 'a Superman comic' for their beloved comic nerd.

Either way, it totally ruins what could have been a decent villain, as the whole thing is so confusing it totally takes you out of the flow of the comic. Which is a waste of sweet robes, if nothing else.

I like my comics like I like my coffee - in huge, unquestionably unhealthy doses.
