10 Strongest Comic Characters Who Have Joined The Suicide Squad

1. Enchantress

Not to be confused with the similarly named character from Marvel, June Moone's super-powered avatar is one of DC's most powerful magic users and has routinely demonstrated her might in Squad missions as well as against the Justice League.

Once a freelance artist, Moone was empowered by a magical entity named Dzamor and this birthed her godlike persona. Unfortunately, her desire to protect the world was misguided and it pushed her down a path of villainy (with the occasional tenure in antiheroism).

This, coupled with June's desire to control the Enchantress, made her a prime candidate for Amanda Waller's machinations.

Enchantress's abilities are centered on the manipulation of magical energies to realize various feats. These include energy manipulation and projection, intangibility, elemental control, and a strong affinity for magic itself.

Her abilities have helped her fend off the likes of Superman and Wonder Woman, and even empower Shazam to the point he could take on the Spectre himself.
