3. Mongul

DC Comics

Mongul is the son of the classic Superman villain of the same name and is a physical powerhouse in the same league as his father. He decided to follow his father's example and terrorize the cosmos, with the Man of Steel crossing his paths more times than the hero would have wanted.

Like his father, Mongul has incredible physical stats, enabling him to tank blows from some of DC's heaviest hitters and dish out similar punishment as well. He has also demonstrated incredible skill, ensuring his mighty blows have some finesse behind them.

Another Squad member whose tenure was brief, Mongul was part of the Suicide Squad incarnation created by Lex Luthor in the aforementioned Imperiex War, alongside Manchester Black, Chemo, Shrapnel, and Steel.

Unfortunately for the team, the beast savagely attacks them all and seemingly kills everyone on it, including Mongul.

However, like his psychic teammate, Manchester Black, the yellow-hued villain escapes death and later resurfaces in the Infinite Crisis storyline.
