10 Superheroes Who Are Too Arrogant For Their Own Good

9. Wolverine

€œI€™m the best at what I do, but what I do isn€™t very nice.€ Uh, sorry dude, but you€™re really not. Look, Wolverine€™s powers are pretty badass. He€™s got the metal claws that shoot out of his hands, he€™s got the enhanced sense of smell, and most importantly he€™s got the healing factor. Unfortunately, those abilities don€™t always work to his advantage. Much to the chagrin of team leader and strategist Cyclops, you can guarantee that Wolverine will charge headfirst into a battle. In his mind, all he needs are the claws to take down anything in his path. Well, when your primary enemy is a mutant who can manipulate metal, that plans doesn€™t go over well, and he€™s underestimated many other X-Men adversaries over the years. If it weren€™t for his healing, we might read a more discreet Wolverine in the comics. It€™s not just the powers, though. Wolverine€™s personalty has often gotten him into many conflicts and arguments. Say something bad about him, and he€™ll challenge you to a fight, no matter how big you are. His defiance against authority has been also well-documented, especially against Cyclops. This has been toned down in recent years as he€™s obtained leadership roles in the mutant community, but even so, you can still see that cocky nature of his bubble to the surface around enemies and allies. Don€™t mess with him, bub.
