4. The Punisher
According to comic book writer, Greg Rucka, Frank "The Punisher" Castle has killed 48,502 people. However, that number was given in 2011. It's a safe bet that Castle's kill count has since surpassed 50,000.
Over the years, he has killed an army of evil dwarves, wiped out hundreds of mobsters, and blew up an island filled with 2,000 criminals. He has exterminated umpteen supervillains including Stilt-Man, Jester, Jack O’ Lantern, Barracuda, Basilisk, Mirage, Goldbug, Diamondback, Armada, Gibbon, Armadillo, Cat Burglar, Will O’ the Wisp, Puma, Princess Python, Eel, and Grizzly. (Several of them returned in later issues with no explanation.)
Castle intentionally allowed himself to get arrested so he would be sent to the same prison as the people who murdered his family. He killed them all slowly and painfully.
He gets so bored of killing that he reads anatomical books to find more creative ways to punish his victims.
Once, he shrank his own body to half an inch by using the Ant-Man helmet. He then sat on a pizza and waited for a gangster to eat him. Once he was eaten, he regrew inside of the gangster, bursting him open. Why did he kill him this way? Variety.
He's admitted that he has slaughtered so many criminals that he can only remember two of them - the first one and the most recent one.
