10 Superheroes Who Have NEVER Been Killed

7. Tim Drake

Daredevil Marvel
DC Comics

For a second there, back in 2016, it looked as if DC Comics may – just may – kill off Tim Drake. Well, that’s what Batman thought, at least.

While the Rebirth arc saw Tim Drake believed to be dead, readers already had the inside scoop and knew that this fan favourite character was alive and well. Maybe not well, exactly, but at least he was alive and being held captive by Mr. Oz, aka Jor-El. For Tim, that’s pretty much as close as he’s come to actually dying.

Given how Tim’s 1989 debut saw him eventually take over the Robin mantle from the deceased Jason Todd, it would’ve maybe been a tad harsh on the Caped Crusader to have another of his sidekicks killed off over the ensuing few years. But to Tim’s credit, here we are in 2019 with the current Red Robin yet to kick the bucket at any point throughout his history.

Not content with still being alive today, we’ve also actually seen glimpses at various possible futures in which Tim is most certainly alive. That said, the last time we saw a future Tim Drake, let’s just say the fella didn’t exactly seem completely friendly.
