Princess Koriand’r of Tamaran, aka the Titan known as Starfire, has been one of the sexiest characters in mainstream comics since her introduction in 1980's DC Comics Presents #26. But her portrayal in Red Hood and the Outlaws # 1 pushed her portrayal from sexy to sexual. And this change seemed to be less about being progressive than salacious.

Kori had lived on Earth for a while and fought injustice. It was implied that she had a relationship with Dick Grayson. However, if she had ever been part of the Teen Titans, she didn’t remember it by the New 52. She lived alone on a Caribbean island until an injured Jason Todd washed up. Starfire used the Tameranean technology of her ship to heal him, and Jason told her of his Red Hood identity and his time as Robin and the pair began a sexual relationship.

Red Hood learned that Roy Harper was about to be executed in Quarac for protesting. Jason requested Kori’s aid in saving Roy, and she donned a barely-there costume and knee-high boots as the pair sought to save Arsenal’s life. Once back on her island, Kori asked Roy to sleep with her. When he inquired about her relationship with Jason, she said her people saw humans as little more than “sensory experiences.” These were later revealed to be lies.
