3. She Lost Her Powers
During the Spider-Women Alpha and Omega crossover event, Gwen interacted with both the main universe's Jessica Drew and Silk. While initially she was just having brunch, the situation upscaled immensely when all three heroines found themselves at odds with Earth-65’s version of Cindy Moon - an iteration of Silk obsessed with the radioactive spider that almost bit her and the powers she could have gained.
In the climax of this storyline, Cindy reveals that she was the one that created the spider that initially bit Gwen. And shortly after hindering her, she injects Gwen with a formula that removes her spider-powers permanently.
Even though she was powerless, Gwen continued her struggle against Cindy Moon. In one of the most nail-biting sequences of the story, the two women fist fight each other until only one is left standing. And luckily, Gwen came out on top.
After this, Jesse Drew provided her with isotopes to restore her powers temporarily. But there was only a limited amount, and she somehow needed to regain her powers.
