1. They Erased His Memory
Doctor Light teleported to the Justice League’s base to hack the computer and learn the team's identities. When the League discovered Light in the base, they realised that putting him in jail wouldn’t stop him from exposing who them. Left with no choice, the League decided to lobotomise him.
As the League were performing the lobotomy, Batman walked in. Batman was so furious with the League that he demanded that they reverse what they did to Light. Sadly, the team agreed to wipe Batman’s mind so he had no memory of this incident. When Batman learned of this years later, he felt so violated, he abandoned the team.
Okay, on this list, Superman nearly killed Batman, Flash erased him from existence, and the whole team tried to kill him. So why does the mindwipe get the top spot? Well, the reason why Batman was so hurt by his team's actions is because they made a conscious decision to erase his memory. It wasn't an accident and they weren't brainwashed. They knew what they were doing when they chose to violate his mind. Understandably, it took a long time for Batman to rejoin the Justice League and forgive his teammates.
