10 Villains Doctor Doom Utterly Destroyed

When a villain breaks good, they've often got a lot to prove. While Otto Octavius tried to outdo the original Spider-man's efficiency, Doom takes this idea to a whole new level.

Victor spends the first arc of his tenure as Iron Man trying to prove to S.H.I.E.L.D. and Ben Grimm that he is indeed a hero now. Of course, Grimm isn't convinced understandably, considering that Doom had tried to murder him in countless ways for over 50 years, even when Doom defeats both the Mad Thinker and Diablo and leaves them for S.H.I.E.L.D.

To further prove his intentions, Doom calls a veritable army of villains including the Wrecking Crew, the Hood, Jigsaw, Constrictor, and Madame Masque amongst many, many others. Although the army is expecting a grand return to villainy for Doom, Victor manages to use the element of surprise to beat the entire room at once. Grimm is not impressed, but S.H.I.E.L.D. are. In fact, Maria Hill states that it was the single biggest super-villain bust in history.

Sure, he was arrested very soon after while he was trying to explain himself, but for once, Doom's heart was in the right place.
