There’s simply no words for this one. It’s Bollywood Spider-Woman, that’s pretty much it.

It inexplicably appears in song form during a fairly terrible Bollywood film called ‘Dariya Dil’ in a song called ‘Tu Mera Superman’. In it, the protagonist Ravi and his love interest Radha randomly become crime fighting parodies of Superman and Spider-Man, both of which can fly, sing and dance. Oh, can they dance.

Originally released exclusively in India in 1988, ‘Dariya Dil’ focuses on, from what the few available sources suggest, a greedy businessman’s children trying to swindle their father’s money in a variety of ways, failing each time and somehow getting him in trouble with an income tax officer. It goes without saying that two of the characters will inevitably transform into well-known heroes and begin beating up baddies.

Oh wait, no, it doesn’t go without saying, especially as no one should believe it, even if you watch it in earnest.

But yes, that’s pretty much it. It became insanely popular on YouTube for a while, gaining over 10 million views by the end of 2016 and continues to pop up during parties and gatherings whenever a funny video is needed - which, in a way, makes it truly heroic.
