10 Worst Spider-Man Costumes Of All Time
1. Spider-Man 2211 Suit
In the year 2099, Miguel O' Hara was inspired by the legacy of Spider-Man and so, became a superhero in his honour. This character, better-known as Spider-Man 2099, was beloved by readers. Not only was it cool to see Spidey in a futuristic setting but he has one of the coolest Spider-Man costumes ever.
So, when Marvel created another futuristic Spider-Man, you'd assume fans would be thrilled.
Sadly, Spider-Man 2211 was anything but. First off, his name is Max Borne. That name sounds like it was made up as a joke.
Not only does Max's six-eyed helmet look ridiculous, it's not even anatomically accurate! Any kid can tell you that house spiders have eight eyes! How did the artists not know that?
His bulging gloves and boots look like they would be more fitting on Santa Claus. Even though there have been several Spidey outfits with Doc Ock-like appendages, the red tentacles look so out of place on Spider-Man 2211's uniform.
It feels insulting to say Spider-Man 2211 looks like he was drawn by a kid since most children could think of something far more creative and far less silly than this.
