10 Worst Things Captain Marvel Has Ever Done

It almost goes without saying that Carol Danvers has had her fair share of awful things happen to her in her comic career. Indeed, one of the key components of her character is that she's had to continually overcome adversity on both a professional and personal level, and that her focus on this has made her both unimaginably disciplined, and also sometimes painfully militant.

This isn't the same for all versions of Danver, though, as we learn that that the version of her that existed on Earth-7192 was actually responsible for letting her world come to an end. While the main universe's Captain Marvel went to fight the minute she received a distress call from the Avengers, her alternate self decided to instead drink away her sorrows in a bar, resulting in the team of heroes being overwhelmed, and their alien enemies managing to explode the entire Earth.

Though Carol didn't exactly sign off on the end of her world, she also knew her help was needed and yet refused to give it, meaning that she contributed greatly to the destruction of an entire planet and all of its inhabitants.
