10. The Silver Surfer
In an arm-wrestling competition, Superman would probably beat The Silver Surfer, but there's a very real possibility that that's the only way he could ever actually best him. And it's not like it would hurt him, since he's about as durable as superhumans come: he spends a lot of time around black holes and still exists, as a pretty simple identifier.
The shiny guy wields the Power Cosmic, which grants him superhuman strength, endurance, and senses, as well as the ability to absorb and manipulate the universe's ambient energy, to open inter-dimensional portals and to time travel. He doesn't need food, water, air or sleep, and can project energy both defensively and offensively to such a degree that he can destroy planets and create black holes single-handedly.
And if that wasn't enough, he can basically use the Power Cosmic as a superhero charger to amplify his powers to incalculable levels. So yeah, he's a big deal.
