11. He's Not Fat

Kingpin is 6ft 7 and weighs 450lbs. Because of his immense size, he has many nicknames (mainly from Spider-Man) including "Stay Puft", "Fatty", and "The Winner of a Pie-Eating Contest".

However, Fisk's bulk is misleading. Because he trains relentlessly, Fisk only has 2% body fat.

Do you know who else had 2% fat? Bruce Lee. But Fisk is three times the size of Lee so that should give you an idea how strong he is.

To maximise his fighting abilities, Fisk trains with six martial artists every day. They are told to not hold anything back when fighting Fisk. Although he fights them unarmed, they are allowed to use weapons. He usually beats them in less than 20 seconds. Using his martial art skills, he has gone toe-to-toe with with Captain America, Red Skull, Wolverine, Spider-Man, and Daredevil.

Despite the fact that most of his mass is muscle, 450lbs is still really heavy. As a result, Fisk has recently turned vegan.

Also, Spider-Man says he's trying not to make fun of Fisk's weight because he doesn't want to encourage fat-shaming. Instead, Spidey makes fun of Fisk's other vices... like... being a murderer.
