7. Hulk

As already mentioned, in What If the Alien Costume Possessed Spider-Man Venom hopped from Peter Parker's prematurely aged body to the Hulk, who was weakened at the time, leaving Parker to die.

In a show of rare self-awareness and contrition, the Symbiote claimed to be eating the gamma radiation from Bruce Banner's body to cure him (which Thor didn't believe, hence them fighting). Once Thor defeated him and was himself possessed, it actually turned out that he HAD cured Banner, but had wanted to take over Thor all along.

He's not the only version of the Hulk to have been possessed either. In Rick Remender's Circle Of Four story, we got to see Venom, X-23, Ghost Rider and Red Hulk team-up to take down Blackheart. He was too powerful and all fell, but Mephisto brought them back to defeat Blackheart and through a series of strange events, Red Hulk ended up being empowered both by the Spirit Of Vengeance AND the Symbiote leading to a Ghost Rider/Red Hulk/Venom mash-up to end them all.
