13 Fantastic Four Stories & Villains We Could See In MCU Phase 4
3. Kang The Conqueror
Many times, the Fantastic Four have travelled thousands of years into the future or millions of years into the past. They have fought several villains throughout the time-stream including The Seekers, The Tomorrow Man, and Doctor Doom. But if time-travel was incorporated into an FF film, the best villain for the team to face is Kang; a terrorist from the 30th century.
Now, time-travel is a great concept. But there's a problem. Marvel just did a time-travel story in Avengers: Endgame. You can't just do it again, can you?
However, the way Kang time-travels is very different to how it is depicted in Endgame. Kang’s time-travelling devices are built into his armour so he can use them with minimal effort. He can pull out a weapon from any point in history in the midst of a battle, making his resources limitless. If he can't figure out how to defeat someone, Kang goes back in time and slays them when they are a baby (and he has done this many times in the comics).
It can take years for a supervillain to concoct their master plan. But if Kang spends ten years devising a plan to defeat the Fantastic Four, he can go back in time and tell his younger self the entire plan so he doesn't waste a decade thinking of it.
Not only would he be an excellent adversary to introduce in the films but it would be incredibly inventive watching the team battle Kang through multiple time periods.
