7. The Corps' More Eccentric Members
In a universe as vast as DC's, it is no surprise that the Green Lantern Corps is full of fantastical aliens, some of whom do not make sense (on the surface) to both human and Lantern sensibilities.
A lot has been said about how Ch'p is basically an alien squirrel, or how Kilowog is a muscular humanoid pig, but what about Mogo the Living Planet? Or Dktrzy RRR, the sentient mathematical equation who was developed by a mad scientist who believed that willpower can be derived from a yet-to-be known formula.
In addition to the sentient planet and equation, the Corps also has Rot Lop Fan, a silicon-based alien who has no concept of light due to evolving in a dark region of space known as the Obsidian Deeps. Despite his struggles with being able to understand the concept of light and colour, he was able to join the Corps by replacing all light-based components with sound.
