10. Bat-Cow On The Road (Batman Incorporated Special #1)
Batman Incorporated Special #1 is an all-star edition of this arc featuring various members of Batman Incorporated - Man-of-Bats, Red Raven, El Gaucho, Dark Ranger, Knight, Batman himself (of course) and even more character in a series of enjoyable tales. It's a pretty cool issue in general, the highlight of which for some people may be Joe Keatinge and Emanuel Simeoni's look at Squire's transformation into the new Knight or, at least visually, it could be the dual narrative that focused on the more real-world struggles encountered by Man-of-Bats and Little Raven. The Battlin' Bovine Bat-Cow makes her solo debut in a short and silent (well, almost silent, Bat-Cow does say "moo" on one occasion) tale, by writer Dan DiDio and artist Ethan Van Sciver, called "Cowardly Lot". In the story, Bat-Cow intervenes in a high-speed police chase, whereby a baby has been kidnapped and she decides to stand in the middle of the road in order to cause the kidnappers to crash. A questionable tactic at best, but it worked. And we can let her off. Because she's a cow. Bat-Cow is awesome, just like this moment.
