Despite Jamie Foxx's horrendous performance in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, the comic book version of Electro is a pretty formidable villain. Max Dillon may not be particularly bright, but he makes up for that with powers which can be horrifyingly destructive. His green and yellow outfit has been toned down (the mask has been replaced with a similarly shape scar), but if you need proof of just how strong Electro is, look no further than the time he broke into The Raft, a jail break which wound up creating the New Avengers! Unfortunately for Max, the newly formed team ended up hunting him down shortly after.
