11. The Shocker
On first glance it might look like this is just an advert for one of those joke shop perennials - the buzzer you give some poor unsuspecting victim an electric shock with. In fact The Shocker is an ancient and deadly form of martial arts thought up by a guy in an office in Pennsylvania. For the low low price of some dollars you too could learn this DEADLY SELF DEFENSE POWER which promised the ability to cripple an attacker just by, well, shaking their hand in a certain way. It's kind of like the Touch Of Death from The Simpsons. As in, it's b*llocks.
