Nightwing is basically Batman-lite - and that is both reflected in his methods, his abilities and fighting style and most definitely in his appearance. The name is associated with a number of characters, but the general look, while not always the same, is fairly similar across the board. Sporting an eye mask rather than a cowl, Nightwing's look would otherwise be quite easily confused with his mentor, as it is dark in colour from head to toe and consists of kevlar protected layers which are also insulated against electric shocks, as well as a utility belt which, while not quite as versatile as Batman's, still houses a veritable plethora of gadgets that can be used against his enemies. But, all things considered, it's not quite on a par with the real deal...
