Again, Deadpool here is making fun of the medium of comic books. Marvel characters can't physically cuss, because any swear words that they try to spout are immediately censored with a set of weird symbols. The voices in his head are at pains to remind him of this, and simultaneously to make his fans stop and think about how "wacky" it is that comic book heroes and villains actually talk in symbols and icons.
