3. Jack O'Lantern
Not much is known about the most recent Jack O'Lantern besides him being a sadistic child who Crime Master trained to be an assassin and murder his parents. He's used by Crime Master as a liaison to Agent Venom (aka Flash Thompson) after he blackmailed Flash into working for him, after finding out his identity. Flash Thompson removed several of Jack O'Lantern's front teeth with a grenade. Home dentistry at its finest.
He's also murdered every other person who held the mantle prior and when he murders people he hollows out their skulls and puts a candle in their heads - like a Jack O'Lantern. A proper exploration into his origins and his motives beyond his affiliations to Crime Master would be interesting.
He recently had his spine broken by Eddie Brock in Venomverse, but when has that ever stopped a comic book character? He'd be a great adversary for heroes like Daredevil or Moon Knight. It'd be great to see explorations into his actions outside Crime Masters influence and why he joined Magneto in AXIS, even before the personality inversion that took place. Couple all these unexplored questions with the fact he's oddly fun to read, there's lots of potential left in Jack O'Lantern.
