5 Things That Must Happen In Buffy Season 11 Comics
1. Create A Satisfying Big Bad
One of the best parts of the show was waiting to see who the Big Bad would be with every new season. Almost every villain in the show was compelling and well developed. But the comics have been seriously lacking this element.
To be clear, the villains haven't been outright bad, but their greatest sin has been not being all that interesting and not leaving an impact. Buffy's TV villains always felt larger than life, like the had jumped off the pages of a comic book. It seems like that the comics would be lending themselves to more interesting antagonists then we've seen so far.
After nearly 20 years, Buffy still delivers some great stories. Season 11 already looks promising, but if it wants to stand out from the last few seasons, it needs to break away from some of the mistakes of past seasons
