The definitive vampire across all of media, Dracula's Marvel incarnation is no less of a figurehead. He currently enjoys the title of Lord of Vampires after being given this honour by Varnae, the previous lord.

A descendant of Varnae and the original Atlantean vampires, Dracula's reign over his people hasn't been without issue, having to deal with vampire hunters like Blade and challenges to his rule from within his own family.

When not tied up in the politics of the undead, he's often carrying out the exact kind of nefarious plots you'd expect from a vampire of his caliber including trying to make Storm of the X-Men his eternal bride and removing his natural vampiric weaknesses to make himself fully immortal.

Though Dracula rarely appears in larger crossover events, when pitted against some of the heaviest hitters of the Marvel Comics Universe, including The Hulk and even Apocalypse, he's not to be underestimated.
