5. She-Hulk #1
Publisher: Marvel Release Date: 12th February 2014 She-Hulk is a character that I have been interested in for years, although sadly have never had a chance to explore. However that looks set to change now, with She-Hulk's first ongoing solo series in five years launching this month! Why should you be excited? The creative team behind this book is rock solid. Charles Soule - the man who apparently is capable of writing an unlimited amount of comics outside of his full-time job - is penning the book which should be very interesting. Let us not forget that Soule and She-Hulk are both lawyers, and Soule has said that the legal aspect of the character will play a significant role in the series. Additionally, the art behind the book is being provided by Javier Pulido - the artist who has been involved in several acclaimed comics over the years including Ed Brubaker's Catwoman, and more recently, Matt Fraction's Hawkeye. With the promise of humour, super-heroics, and legal drama She-Hulk is, without a doubt, a book to pick-up this month.
