3. Anti-Monitor - As Old As The Universe

Anti Monitor
DC Comics

The Ant-Monitor is one of the most infamous and legendary figures in the entire DC Universe, having once led the charge to end the entire multiverse in the groundbreaking Crisis on Infinite Earths, which forced speedster Barry Allen to sacrifice himself to save the last reality standing in his wake.

In that comic it was explained how DC's multiverse came into being, and how there were two sets of parallel multiverses: one comprised entirely of positive matter, and the other made entirely from anti-matter. The positive reality, the DC multiverse most are familiar with, had its own monitor, but out of the darker multiverse came its complete opposite.

This Anti-Monitor fed off of the positive energy emitted by the universes he ended up destroying, but the main point here is that the creature is billions and billions of years old. Just one battle, which he and the heroic Monitor had prior to the events of the first Crisis, placed him into stasis for nine billion years.
