5. We Could Get Some Fixes
The Phoenix Force has such incredible cosmic power that it's a fairly easy catch all for fixing things which are broken in the comics.
Hell, in the context of the stories, that's been used literally, when the Phoenix repaired a moment in history that kept the X-Men together at the end of Morrison's final New X-Men arc, Here Comes Tomorrow.
And right now, with the push for Marvel to wind the clock back a little to times when fans were happier with their books, could Phoenix be used to fix some of the lingering issues that continue to trouble fans of the X-Men and the Marvel Universe at large?
Perhaps Jean Grey will finally resolve the whole teenage Original Five X-Men running around in the modern day thing? Or maybe she'd be behind bringing back Xavier, or maybe even the adult Scott Summers? Or please, please, please can the Phoenix fix Vampire Jubilee, who still has to carry the weight of a dumb vampire character beat that has to be one of the worst things to ever happen to an X-Man, ever?
Only time will tell, but that Phoenix Force is really good at burning things down and making them rise from the ashes refreshed and renewed.
