8 Strangest Alternate Versions Of Spider-Man

5. Uncle Ben Spider-Man

Most versions of Spider-Man are usually some kind of take on Peter Parker's origin story. There are some popular examples that contradict this, like Spider-Man 2099's Miguel O'Hara or Ultimate Spider-Man's Miles Morales, but nine times out of ten it'll be some shockingly similar version of Peter, occasionally with a really dumb name like Peter Parquagh of Marvel 1602 fame.

In the case of the Spider-Man of Earth-3145 however, things are a little different. You see in this universe, when Peter Parker went to that now-famous science demonstration it wasn't him that ended up getting bitten by the radioactive spider but instead his Uncle Ben.

Ben operated as Spider-Man in this universe for quite some time, until the Emerald Elf, Earth-3145's take on the Green Goblin, killed both May and little Peter after discovering his identity.

Then his world is destroyed by nuclear warfare, brought about by Otto Octavius - which Ben only manages to survive by hiding out in a nuclear bunker. Then he teams up with Spider-Ham (that is a pig that has all of Spider-Man's superpowers, by the way) and saves the universe. And no, that last bit isn't made up.

Lewis Parker hasn't written a bio just yet, but if they had... it would tell you to follow him on Twitter @LPCantLose, and to make sure you stay hydrated.
