Another €œI€™m sorry are we really calling him that?€ villain on the list. Charles Brown, as you may assume, loves kites. In fact, he decided that using kites would be the best way to get around Gotham when committing crimes. This despite that cars, bikes and yes, even legs are far better options for getaways. They all draw less attention and at the end of the day, aren€™t kites.

Not only does he use kites, he€™s also quite stupid. After he was thrown off a building by Deathstroke for not joining allegiances, he decided to again say no to a similar offer and was EATEN by Bruno Mannheim. Kite Man is therefore the runaway winner in our top ten worst Batman villains ever.
