5. Adam West's Batman
Arguably still the most iconic live action Batman of all time, Adam West's Dark Knight made his first appearance in 1966 - a year that saw both a television series and a theatrical feature film featuring this version of the hero.
West's Batman was incredibly camp but initially hugely popular, and cult appreciation has grown around him over the years.
