2. Bruce's Fragmented Mind

While Batman and Bruce Wayne are often described as two completely separate personalities, Batman: Damned strives to blur the lines between the two. While Batman is seen as his real identity and Bruce is the mask, here it's almost indistinguishable. With one scene in particular that stood out.

As Batman returns to the Bat-Cave after his night of vigilantism and being healed by Constantine, he begins asking his computer to scan for any signs of knife wounds or traumas on his body. Clearly he's questioning whether any of it happened. Had he hallucinated the whole thing? But he undresses, walking around the cave stark-Bat-naked.

And as he's confronted with the idea that he might not be in control of his own psyche, one of his suits reaches out to grab him. It's an incredible moment in the issue that really stands out in a way of psycho-analysing the World's Greatest Detective.
