Everything You Need To Know About DCeased
1. The Creative Team Is Genius
As already suggested, the art on this book is fantastic. The work of Hairsine, Harren, Gaudiano and Beredo is instrumental in conjuring the book's haunting atmosphere - they're all essential in crafting this horrifying new take on the DC universe.
Furthermore, fans have also been treated to some utterly exceptional covers over the curse of this series, each issue receiving a cavalcade of parodies of classic horror movie posters from a wide array of artists.
The unsung heroes of the comic book medium, letterers, are well-represented here as well: the work of Saida Temofonte bringing the title's terrifying nature to its very letters when necessary and keeping speech easy to read when not.
Of course, Tom Taylor's contributions are also not to be overlooked - his talent muscles being well-flexed here. After Injustice and X-Men, isn't it time the writer got the chance to take on the likes of Superman or Batman further down the line?
