Harleen: Everything You Need To Know About DC's New Harley Quinn Comic
2. It's Only Getting Three Issues
Harleen is going to be told over just three-issues and this means that there's a very good chance that it won't become canon. That is unless Stjepan Sejic manages to pull off an Alan Moore and give the world Harley's version of the Killing Joke.
The main benefit of this three-issue run is that each comic is going to be extra-length and over-sized, and this is going to allow Sejic more than enough time to tell his story. It's also going to give him room to show off his fantastic work including his interiors, which are some of the best in the comic book industry today.
With the oversized format in place, and with the amount of detail that he puts into his work, your eyes are in for a visual feast from the first issue to the last. Plus, with the shorter three-issue deal all tied up, even though he has a few more pages to play with he'll have to keep the story to a tight and concise schedule so that it won't stand the chance of dragging.
