Marvel: 10 Alternate Universes That Deserve To Be Onscreen

8. Battleworld's Warzone, Blue And Iron (Earth-15513)

While there's a lot going on in Doctor Doom's Battleworld, where multiverses meet under his power, this particular facet of it could make for an amazing standalone tale.

In Warzone, the Marvel Universe's superhero Civil War never actually came to an end, and it expanded into a full on territorial dispute, with the two sides becoming like kingdoms at war, separated by an enormous divide that resulted from an explosion from the negative zone that each side believes was set off by the other on purpose, and killed about fifteen million people.

On one side is the territory under Captain America and those who sided with him, called the Blue, and the other is Iron Man's realm, called the Iron.

It's a concept that's worth way more exploration, with a post apocalyptic feel combining with the way the two territories developed separately from each other, both in society and technology. It also brings the conflict between Cap and Iron Man to unprecedented levels, and would be just as interesting as a story outside of Doom's collection of multiverses as it is only a small part of Battleworld as a whole.
