Venom: 11 WTF Moments Not Used In The Film

In the era of Flash Thompson, Agent Venom was able to show off a ton of heroism that even rubbed off on the previously villainous and sometimes anti-heroic Venom Symbiote.

So heroic were they that Captain America himself believed Agent Venom worthy of representing the Earth in liaising with the Guardians of the Galaxy. For a time, the alien Symbiote and its noble human partner became an agent of the cosmos, going to different planets to save different races.

When the Symbiote broke free from Flash and jumped from Guardian to Guardian, it escaped from their team to reach Klyntar, the Symbiote home world. There they learned about the original peaceful, symbiotic nature of the Klyntar, which only resulted in Symbiotes like Venom or Carnage when bonded to something corrupt.

Later on, a warlord called Mercurio attempted to take the Symbiote from Flash, and their brief bond subsequently brought out the Symbiote's previous violent tendencies, causing it to rampage across planets until Flash could bring it back.
