What Happened To Everyone Who Dated Joker?

Amidst the chaos brought by the convoluted plot of Emperor Joker, the comic's pinnacle spot of weirdness has to be the moment that Lois Lane turns on Superman, and ends up being Emperor Joker's Empress - making for the world's most unexpected romance that doesn't involve Lady Orca and Killer Croc.

Despite initially feeling a little off, this romance also makes perfect sense - after all, in the regular universe Lois is Superman's biggest support, so what better way for the Emperor to weaken him than to have the Joker-made Lois want to crush the Man of Steel and get with the Joker instead?

This doesn't last long though, as when the clown decides Lois's death would hurt the spaceman more than her merely betraying him, Joker changes reality again, having Superman reunite with this version of Lois. Unaware the Joker has toyed with his power levels, Superman picks her up and flies up into the air - only for his velocity to snap Lois' neck, killing her instantly.
