What Happened To Everyone Who Joined The Birds Of Prey?

9. Poison Ivy

Penguin Birds of Prey
DC Comics

One of the actually interesting things the New 52 introduced was making Poison Ivy more of an anti hero with noble intentions rather than a deluded villain. Yeah, she was still an eco-terrorist, but unlike previous incarnations her wrath wasn't aimlessly lashed out at normal people most of the time, but rather the ruling class who are actually killing our planet, giving her a moral grey that made her more interesting.

Adding to this moral grey post - New 52 was her joining up with the Birds of Prey as an active regular member. Much to the distrust and chagrin of members like Black Canary. However, Ivy turned out to be an invaluable member of the team for the short time she was with them. But of course, Ivy wouldn't be a Batman villain if she didn't self-sabotage her own chances at redemption.

Ivy was booted out of the team when she tried to use a special type of poison to manipulate the Birds into killing some people she wanted dead but couldn't kill herself.
