What Happened To Everyone Who Joined The Fantastic Four?

After a banker called Dennis Sykes attacked two robbers on the street, they chucked toxic waste down his throat.

Although the waste caused him to develop cancer, it also granted him the power to alter matter. When Reed Richards discovered this, he thought Sykes could help him defeat Ego the Living Planet, who was attempting to consume every star in the galaxy.

Recognising Sykes' dream to be a hero, Reed made him the Fantastic Four newest member, Flux. After heading into space, Flux was dropped onto Ego to shut him down. However, he discovered Ego wasn't voluntarily lashing out since he had been corrupted by a tumour. After Flux expelled the growth from the living planet, Ego thanked him before flying away.

Sadly, the trip put too much pressure on Flux's body, giving him days left to live. After Reed discovered there was a specific flower that could save him in the Savage Land, the Fantastic Four and Flux headed there. But after his wife became critically injured, Flux used the flower to save her life instead.

After Flux died, a monument was made in his name in his hometown that read 'Given One Month to Live, Used Every Second.'
