X-Men: What Happened To Everyone Who Became The Phoenix?

Being any child of Thanos can't be the easiest of things. First off, your dad's a complete nut-job, intent on destroying anything that takes his fancy that morning and secondly, there's always the chance he's going to come after you.

Well, this is what happens to Thane when his powers are awakened after a Terrigen Bomb is set off, revealing his true self in the process.

Luckily for Thane, the Avengers show up and together they defeat the Mad Titan and leave him trapped in a state of living death. Sadly, the apple never falls very far from the tree and soon enough he is off conquering any world he happens across.

This all leads to him being given the opportunity to finally put ol' Dad out to pasture, but it soon turns out to be all a ruse - Thane just after a Phoenix Egg all along.

Nebula kills him stone dead but the force from the egg brings him back to life, resulting in one final battle with Thanos.

He's eventually defeated when he is stripped of his power and then he's sentenced to life inside the God Quarry. Families, eh?
