10 Actors Who Need Saving From Bad Movie Choices

When most people hear the name Halle Berry, they don't think 'Oscar-winning actress', they think of 2004's contender for worst film of all time, Catwoman.

That's the damage a single bad movie can do to your career, but Catwoman was by no means a one-off for Berry. See Gothika, Dark Tide, X-Men: The Last Stand, Movie 43, The Call and New Years Eve for proof that her career has already used up most of its nine lives.

That isn't to say she's a bad actress by any means, and it's not just the Academy Award which illustrates that. Monster Ball and Their Eyes Were Watching God were critical smashes that speak volumes about her ability to shine in the right role.

Berry's recent output suggests she's still picking the wrong ones, though. Kings and Kidnap were standard genre fare, and Kingsman: The Golden Circle gave her precious little screentime.
