6. Charlton Heston - Wayne's World 2

Gripe though you might with the man's politics, his stature as one of Hollywood's most celebrated and iconic figures cannot be downplayed; as a result, this cheekily surreal nod to the man's talents makes for a pleasantly bizarre aside as Wayne (Mike Myers) is attempting to find Cassandra (Tia Carrere) before she gets married to lecherous music producer Bobby (Christopher Walken). Wayne is asking a garage attendant for directions, but isn't too thrilled with the actor's laboured, hammy delivery, and so turns to the film's crew and asks for a better actor. They promptly deliver by bringing in Heston himself, who delivers the directions - along with a tear-jerking story - in rousing manner, before Wayne heads off, tears streaming down his face. Brilliant.
