Doctor Who fans are still struggling to come to terms with the fact that Christopher Eccleston's stint aboard the TARDIS was ultimately so short but sweet but thankfully there's still plenty of him to go around. And then some. Here he is in one of his most transformative roles to date in Danny Boyle's critically acclaimed 2002 post-apocalyptic horror 28 Days Later. The film follows a group of survivors who are trying to find sanctuary after an incurable virus spreads throughout the UK. Eccleston joins the proceedings as the story's antagonist, Major Henry West, and it's definitely worth a watch if you're a fan of dystopian drama. And who isn't?
