Let me be clear: you cannot get drunk WITH Captain America, so much as you can get drunk NEXT TO Captain America. It was established in The First Avenger that - due to the effects of the Super Soldier serum - Captain America cannot get drunk. He can DRINK, but he can't get drunk. So I suppose... he can do this all day.

You'd think that his inability to get drunk would preclude him from the "best people to drink with" discussion, but think about it: if you are completely trashed, and then Captain America starts giving one of his speeches (even a half-ass, half-hearted speech), wouldn't that just be the best thing ever? His speeches are already extremely rousing to the sober-minded. When you're drunk, everything out of his perfect-toothed mouth would be that much more affecting.

Plus, who could you trust with your well-being more than Captain America? Not only is he automatically the best person in any room, but he's biologically programmed to ALWAYS be the designated driver. Wanna get blackout drunk? Go for it. Cap will be your ride.
