There really was no other choice for the top moment was there? Taking fan-service out of the equation, this is what the entire MCU franchise had been building towards for the last eight years of films. Everyone (well, almost) you would have wanted to see in these films is now on screen, together for the first time, and it is an incredible moment for not only superhero films but cinema in general.
As soon as the portals started opening everyone knew what was going to happen. The killing of the music just after Captain America recalls Mjolnir to his hand and almost whispers the words, is the single greatest moment the franchise has ever had, and possibly ever will have.
