10 Biggest Questions Surrounding Upcoming Movies

8. What Is Tom Cruise's Next Crazy Stunt? (Mission Impossible 7 & 8)

After the insane Burj Khalifa climb in 2011's Ghost Protocol, the hype train for each new Mission Impossible movie has been dominated by one question: what crazy stunt will Tom Cruise perform next?

This man strapped himself to a moving plane for 2015's Rogue Nation, clambered into an airborne helicopter for 2018's Fallout, and then broke his ankle while leaping between buildings. It seems like there's nothing he won't do to deliver a thrilling movie for us viewers, and with Mission Impossible 7 & 8 currently in the works, it's genuinely exciting to think about what sort of crazy action beats Cruise has in store.

While we don't know the narrative context, we do know that the seventh chapter will see Cruise drive a motorcycle off the edge of a cliff, an act that has been labelled "the most dangerous stunt of his career".

As for Mission Impossible 8... well, let the speculation begin! Will the franchise finally go to space? Will Cruise punch a rhino in the face? There's a baseless rumour floating around that we might see him hanging off the edge of a blimp (which would be amazing to see) but we don't yet know for sure.
