4. Annihilus

Annihilus may seem like something of a strange choice here, given his much stronger association with the Fantastic Four, but the reboot of the Fantastic Four (if it actually even ends up happening, which we still aren't sure about, given the underwhelming response to the castings so far) will probably end up being terrible and Fox will likely waste Annihilus if they use him - just like they did with Galactus in their last attempt. Annihilus is a great villain who has also caused all kinds of problems for the Avengers over the years and the fact that the Marvel Cinematic Universe has now embarked in to the cosmos means he would be a real possibility for inclusion if he wasn't tied up with Fox. He could also be a very plausible and surprising antagonist for a future Thor movie, given that he has attacked Asgard on previous occasions. His impressive appearance, his vast array of powers, his alien armies and the surprise element that would come with a villain who isn't exactly well-known outside of comic books mean that it would be a shame for him not to be used in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as opposed to being risked in Fox's Fantastic Four reboot.
